The Learning We Build is operated by Michaelle Dumont. If you have a question about this page or about your information, contact michaelle@learningwebuild.com.

What this site collects

The only information this site actively collects is the email address you submit through the newsletter form in the Follow section. That address is used solely to send you updates about the investigation — new episodes, research takeaways and honest updates on where the evidence is leading.

When you submit this form, your email address is sent to Buttondown, the email newsletter service we use to manage the mailing list. Buttondown stores your email address to send you the newsletter and processes it according to its own privacy policy, linked above.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use cookies or embed any analytics or tracking script. If an analytics provider is added in the future, this section will name the provider, explain what it measures and describe your choices before it is switched on.

Email from experts and guests

If you write to us to discuss an interview or any other matter, we use your email address only to correspond with you about that request.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in every message, once a provider is connected.
• You can ask us to remove your email address from our records at any time by writing to michaelle@learningwebuild.com.

Changes to this page

As the show and site grow — for example, if we add analytics or a paid platform — this page will be updated to reflect exactly what is in use, and the "Copyright" year in the footer reflects the current year.
